Hello, and thank you for visiting! As we have discussed in previous posts, a lot of our carbon footprint output comes from the products that we support through their scopes 2, and 3 emissions. Generally speaking, home is a medium where we have the most control of our environment.
Below, I’ve attached a list of tentative companies and organisations that specifically manufacture and conduct their services with sustainability in mind. I should note that none of these companies have paid to be here, but rather they are organisations that I believe in, and in many cases have tried. The reason I advocate for these companies is that they have taken extra precautions in reducing their emissions via packaging, transport, and function.
Regarding reviews, I’ll not bias you, but I will attach a * to those that I’ve tried, and a ** to those that I frequent. If you’d like to see companies’ reports on their sustainable initiatives, CDP (CDP) is an excellent way to do so.
Finally, if you’d like to see a company or organisation listed here, all recommendations are welcome.
